Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• – Provide technical support and solutions to resolve critical issues in the assembly line.
• – Ensure all processes follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• – Continuously monitor performance at QA gate, SPC, and yield.
• – Carry out process optimization through DOE and machine capability studies.
• – Verify and analyze defective parts to determine root cause and implement remedies.

Requirements:

• – Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• – Preferably 2 to 5 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry with similar responsibilities.
• – Knowledge in DOE and SPC is beneficial.
• – Independent, self-motivated, and proactive.
• – Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• – Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
